同济大学教育部重点实验室全球招聘实验室主任。诚聘结构工程领域学术领军人才,带领实验室在工程结构性能演化与控制领域取得高水平创新成果。提供具有竞争力的薪酬待遇。申请截止日期为2025年12月12日。

“工程结构性能演化与控制教育部重点实验室(同济大学)”于2018年9月份被纳入教育部重点实验室建设,2021年通过建设验收。实验室依托同济大学土木工程世界一流学科和上海市Ⅰ类高峰学科,致力于从事结构性能尺度开展演化规律和控制技术的研究。实验室围绕荷载作用下工程结构性能演化机制、环境作用下工程结构性能演化机制、工程结构性能感知和工程结构性能控制四个研究方向,预测结构性能和实现结构长寿命安全服役,在工程结构全寿命设计和维护方面取得具有社会影响的科研成果,并为国家发展战略的顺利推进保驾护航。实验室目前拥有一批高层次人才,是国内外具有重要影响力的高水平研究机构。

根据《教育部重点实验室建设与管理办法》的有关规定,实验室现面向全球公开招聘学术造诣高、国际视野宽、组织领导能力强的学术领军人才担任新一届实验室主任。现将具体事宜公布如下:

一、应聘条件

1.拥护中国共产党的领导,遵守国家法律法规,贯彻党的教育方针,热爱高等教育事业,治学严谨,教书育人,有强烈的事业心和责任感,良好的职业道德和思想政治素质。具有良好的敬业精神和团队精神,乐于奉献,公道正派,作风民主,坚持原则,廉洁自律。

2.具有结构工程及相关学科专业背景,在国内外学术界具有重要影响和公认的高水平学术成果。

3.具有开阔的战略视野,对实验室的建设具有创新性思维和战略性构想,以及在相关研究领域具有保持或赶超国际先进水平的能力。具有先进的管理理念和较强的领导能力,能带领实验室获得高水平创新成果。

4.具有正高级专业技术职务和博士学位、或具有海(境)外高水平研究机构3年及以上教授(研究员)职称的人员。国家级人才计划入选者、省部级一等奖或国家级二等奖及以上获得者(一等奖排名前2,二等奖排名第1)或其他具有特殊贡献的杰出人才等优先考虑。

5.身心健康,年龄一般不超过55周岁(计算年龄截止时间为:2025年1月1日),两院院士年龄可适当放宽。

6.聘任后原则上须全职到岗。

二、岗位职责

1. 全面负责实验室工作。

2.围绕教育部重点实验室定位和科技创新总体目标,谋划实验室的科技发展战略,全面负责实验室发展建设规划并组织实施。

3.在队伍建设、完成国家重大科研项目、获得高水平创新成果方面产生标志性成果。

三、工作目标

1.在聘期内组织承担国家重大、重点科技项目,取得一批具有国际先进水平的标志性科技成果(含学术论文与专著、专利、国家和国际科技成果奖励)。

2.组织推进实验室科学研究平台、技术研发平台和产业化平台的建设,进一步提升实验室基础研究、成果转化、开放和运行水平。

3.培养和引进一批具有较强学术影响力的学术带头人,构建一支拥有知名学术带头人、学术骨干及优秀技术人员的高水平创新科研团队。

4.促进实验室研究工作跨学科交叉融合,加强实验室与国内外学术机构和同行的学术交流,提升实验室在国内外的知名度。

四、待遇及聘期

按照《同济大学人才引进与管理办法(试行)》《同济大学人才引进“一事一议”实施办法(试行)》的规定,根据应聘人员的工作水平和学术影响,通过面议确定具有竞争力的薪酬、科研启动费和安家补贴等。

聘任后每届聘期5年,连聘不超过两届。

Announcement on the Public Recruitment of the Director for the Key Laboratory of Performance Evolution and Control of Engineering Structure,Ministry of Education

Key Laboratory of Performance Evolution and Control for Engineering Structures (Tongji University), Ministry of Education was incorporated into construction in September 2018 and passed the construction acceptance in 2021. The laboratory leverages Tongji University's world-class Civil Engineering discipline and Shanghai's Category I Peak Discipline to focus on research regarding the evolution laws and control techniques of structural performance across different scales. The laboratory focuses on four research directions: the evolution mechanism of engineering structure performance under loading, the evolution mechanism of engineering structure performance under environmental influences, engineering structure performance perception, and engineering structure performance control. It aims to predict structural performance and achieve long-term safe service of structures, obtaining socially impactful scientific research results in the full-life design and maintenance of engineering structures, while safeguarding the smooth advancement of national development strategies. The laboratory currently has a number of high-level talents and is a high-level research institution with significant domestic and international influence. According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations for the Construction and Management of Ministry of Education Key Laboratories," the laboratory is now publicly recruiting leading academic talents with high scholarly achievements, international vision, and strong organizational and leadership abilities to serve as the new director of the laboratory. The specific details are hereby announced as follows:

I. Eligibility Requirements

1. Abide by national laws and regulations, implement the country's educational policies, love higher education, conduct rigorous scholarly work, teach and educate students, have a strong sense of career commitment and responsibility, and possess good professional ethics and political quality. Have good dedication and team spirit, be willing to contribute, fair and honest, democratic in style, uphold principles, and maintain integrity and self-discipline.

2. Have a professional background in structural engineering or related disciplines, with significant influence in the domestic and international academic community and recognized high-level academic achievements.

3. Possess a broad strategic vision, innovative thinking, and strategic ideas for laboratory development, and have the capability to maintain or surpass international advanced levels in relevant research fields. Have advanced management concepts and strong leadership skills, capable of leading the laboratory to achieve high-level innovative results.

4. Hold a senior professional technical position and a doctoral degree, or have served for three or more years as a professor (researcher) at a high-level overseas research institution. Preference will be given to those included in national talent programs, recipients of provincial and ministerial first-class awards or national second-class awards or above (top 2 for first-class awards, top 1 for second-class awards), or other outstanding talents with special contributions.

5. Be in good physical and mental health, generally not exceeding 55 years of age (age calculated as of January 1, 2025); age limits may be appropriately relaxed for academicians of Engineering or Science.

6. Upon appointment, the candidate is generally required to work full-time.

II. Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the administration of the laboratory.

2. Based on the positioning of the key laboratories of the Ministry of Education and the overall goal of scientific and technological innovation, plan the laboratory's technology development strategy, take full responsibility for the laboratory's development and construction planning, and organize its implementation.

3. Achieve landmark results in team building, completion of major national scientific research projects, and obtaining high-level innovative achievements.

III. Work Objectives

1. During the term of employment, organize and undertake major and key national science and technology projects, and achieve a series of landmark scientific and technological achievements at the international advanced level (including academic papers and monographs, patents, national and international scientific and technological awards, etc.).

2. Organize and advance the development of the laboratory's scientific research platforms, technology development platforms, and industrialization platforms, further enhancing the laboratory's basic research, results transformation, openness, and operational levels.

3. Cultivate and attract a group of academic leaders with strong academic influence, building a high-level innovative research team composed of well-known academic leaders, key academic members, and outstanding technical personnel.

IV. Compensation and Employment Term

According to the "Regulation of Tongji University Talent Recruitment and Management (Trial)" and the "Tongji University Talent Recruitment 'Case-by-Case' Implementation Measures (Trial)", competitive salaries, research start-up funds, and relocation allowances, etc., will be determined through review based on the applicant's work level and academic influence.

Each appointment term is 5 years, with reappointment not exceeding two consecutive terms.
